Reprint Font Issues
The invoice/assembly 'Reprint' routine
available from Edit | Other | Job History does NOT always
have the desired results in regards to font/paper issues.
Horizontal alignment can be an issue if the default printer
font is different from the original invoice font. This
bulletin provides a means of correcting this issue.
 | Step 1: Check the printer driver
you normally use for reprints using Setup | Printers.
Note the default font pitch (the first font ID 000 in the
list of available fonts). |
 | Step 2: Determine the font used
by the invoice using Setup | Forms | Invoice. The
value is displayed in the first window under "Font Pitch
in CPI". |
 | Step 3: Go back to Setup |
Printers and make the font pitch used by the invoice form
the default font. Please note all existing values
(the entire line) carefully as an error here WILL cause
problems. For example: Move the values for 12
Pitch from Font ID 001 to Font ID 002 and move the values
that were in Font ID 002 to Font ID 001. |
