 | A problem with printing invoice history
reports with default date ranges has been fixed. |
 | Some changes (again!) have been made to
the price list import routines to eliminate some problems
with package quantities. For any 'Native Format'
price files do NOT use the 'Package Quantity Offset and
Length' fields. Leave them with a zero value. |
 | A new setup variable called "PCL
Invoice Pages" is available for users using PCL invoice
forms. This variable indicates the number of copies
to be printed. Each copy requires a separate macro
file with the proper naming conventions. Most macros
we have supplied already conform to this, but please
contact us if you have problems
using this feature. |
 | An error that caused old versions of
the Receivables and Payables modules to be loaded has been
corrected. |
 | The shell to DOS feature (CTRL_S) from
many of the main menus has been restored. |
 | Some issues with aging in ACTR have
been addressed. Invoices issued on the 1st day of a
month with 31 days will no longer be past due on the 31st
day. Thy do not become over 30 days until the 1st of
the following month. |
 | The ACTR module now supports PCL
statement forms. Some users have already had this
feature, and now it has been added for all users.
PCL statements print only a single copy per customer.
If you require a file copy, simply print them twice. |
 | A future IMS/ACTR/ACTP update will
require a reorganization of some data files. This
will allow easier searching/selecting of records since
upper/lowercase and punctuation will no longer be an issue
when inputting/searching for part numbers. Shop Trac
has always had this feature and several IMS users have
requested it. This update includes many of the
changes required to support this feature. |
 | The process of making the IMS/ACTR/ACTP
system compatible with Windows XP has been abandoned.
We found that the code changes were simply to drastic to
make this operation feasible. |
 | All IMS/ACTR/ACTP users will be
provided with a new software package called OPL (Online
Price Lists). Additional OPL information can be
found here. |
